To say I am a teacher is to say that I am a multi-layered guide with an intense job description: researcher, manager, coach, scientist, motivator, supervisor, writer, listener.  I want my students to know that they are in a safe environment in which all thoughts and questions are welcome (though they may become debate fodder).

But of course, I also have my own thoughts.  Some of them are random.  Some of them are exasperated.

I get so many unique and kooky students that I just have to express it.

No students were harmed in the making of this blog.
